It Is designed for institute of metrology, laboratory, EPRI and EEM equipment plants. It is mainly used to establish primary standards or the standards meter for the working standard .

This is a Stationary Three-phase Energy Meter Test System described here can simultaneously test 1…3, three-phase or single-phase electric energy meters, in which are 2-wire, 3-wire and 4-wire meters for active and reactive energy with accuracy of 0.1%, 0.2%, 0.5%, 1.0%, 2.0%.
